Escherian Industrial Revolution is a setting for Daniel Sell's Troika! introducing players to the Charanne, an anarcho-Tanningist territory undergoing an industrial revolution. The world is finally getting to know the power of electricity through the amazing rotary telephone and the stunning autohogator.
Alongside this boom in industry comes a scientific revolution. A new science, Escherian mechanics, threatens to turn the traditional Newtonian conception of the world on its ear. Everyone who considers themselves anyone fancies themselves a scientist or mathmologer, and the coffeehouses are always packed.
Not everyone is so cheerful about this new science, however. Those who still cling to Newtonism are constantly causing conflict within the famous families of the Charanne, and there are rumors of entities infiltrating our domain from the Escherian...
